  • Do I need to prepare my item for storage or cleaning before bringing it in?

    No. We will inspect and prepare the garment on-site. If cleaning or glazing is needed before storage, we will recommend it during your visit.

  • How quickly can I retrieve my item from storage?

    Items in storage can typically be retrieved within 24 to 48 hours. We ask for a brief notice to allow for safe preparation and packaging.

  • Can I schedule a consultation for multiple garments?

    Yes. We encourage you to bring all garments requiring service so we can address them in one visit.
